Solheim Cup Junior Activities

 Solheim Cup Fore Kids Expo Tent

Thursday, August 15 – Sunday, August 18

9:30 am - 3:30 pm

All youth 17 of age and under receive free admission to the Solheim Cup with a ticketed adult and are invited to participate in Solheim Cup FORE Kids Zone. An activity pavilion will be located at the expo village adjacent to the driving range. When kids register they receive a pre-printed credential and other Solheim Cup mementoes. Kids can tee it up with SNAG equipment, take turns using the putting green just for them and take part in other activities such as behind the scenes tours.

All Day Activities


The Search for the Solheim Cup!
Juniors will have the chance to put on their detective hats and help Team USA and Team Europe find the missing pieces of the Solheim Cup.  Once you’ve uncovered all of the missing pieces and successfully put the Solheim Cup back together, turn in you completed clue card in to redeem a prize compliments of LPGA*USGA Girls Golf.


Solheim Cup “Superfan” Photobooth
Pick your side – Team USA or Team Europe! Then dress yourself as a “Superfan” with our fun props and snap a photo in the photobooth. You’ll get a chance to see your photo on the Solheim Cup’s Facebook Fan page.


Get “SNAGed!”
Our friends at S.N.A.G. Golf (Starting New At Golf) will be hosting a mini golf course and fun golf games using SNAG equipment. Look for them just outside of the entrance of the Solheim Cup Fore Kids expo tent.


Creative Studio

Grab a seat within the Creative Studio to take part in our fun craft activities. Decorate your Solheim Cup credential with stencils, create fun keepsakes, golf ball doodles, and more. Kids will also have the chance to give the Solheim Cup a fun make over during our coloring contest. The most unique spin on the Solheim Cup each day will win an LPGA prize package

Stop by for a special reading of the inspirational children’s book “Bogey Tees Off” from LPGA Mascot Bogey Ball.


Healthy Start Breakfast presented by Gatorade

Saturday August 17

9:30am - 10:30am - Ping Pavilion - 15 Fairway

Take our heart healthy “Champions Walk” around the tournament grounds led by our personal trainer to get your blood pumping. Then, join us for a healthy breakfast workshop to power you through your day at the Solheim Cup. A registered nutritionist will give us tips and advice for eating right and staying active and complimentary breakfast will be served for juniors and parents. Featuring a special apperance by LPGA Tour Players Jenny Gleason and Alison Walshe.



LPGA Junior Golf Clinic hosted by LPGA*USGA Girls Golf

Girls and Boys, Ages 7 - 17

Sunday August 18

3:00pm - 5:00pm - Driving Range

The LPGA Tour Junior Golf clinic will be hosted inside the ropes on the tournament driving range and practice facilities. Juniors will participate in an exhibition clinic with LPGA Tour players and will receive hands-on golf instruction from LPGA Teaching Professionals!

What is Girls Golf?

Girls Golf is a program that reaches 10,000 girls each year, ages 7-17, and teaches them not only how to play the game of golf, but instills life lessons and skills that will help them to face their future as confident and empowered individuals.
